Playing Field shows sweep up at The Olivier Awards

We were delighted to hear that there were some great wins for Playing Field shows at this year’s Olivier Awards.
Life of Pi picked up five Awards, including Best New Play, with Hiran Abeysekera taking home Best Actor, and – in an historic first for the Olivier Awards – the seven performers who play tiger Richard Parker collectively won the award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role.
In a race between five outstanding new musicals (three of which have Playing Field investment) Back to the Future, The Musical won, taking home the coveted award for Best New Musical, rounding off a really thrilling evening.
