Averna Capital led the acquisition of a majority shareholding in ClimateCare, a leading UK based environmental and social impact profit-with-purpose company, helping businesses manage their climate impact by financing, developing and managing carbon reduction projects across the world. In 2021 ClimateCare merged with Natural Capital Partners, a leading player in the North American voluntary carbon space. In 2022 the enlarged, integrated business rebranded at Climate Impact Partners.
