In December 2025 Alexander Square Partners completed an investment into PayPlan alongside Palladian Investment Partners, a London based independent sponsor.
PayPlan is one of the UK’s leading providers of free-to-consumer debt advice and payment plan solutions. Founded in 1992 and led by Chief Executive Officer Rachel Duffey, PayPlan has supported over one million people on their journey to becoming debt-free, offering free advice and debt management plans with no cost to the consumer.
