UK Acumen Academy (UKAA) equips grassroots leaders in the UK with the skills and community needed for strengthening their leadership, scaling their impact, and creating lasting change. As the regional partner of Acumen Academy, the world’s school for social change, they are building a locally rooted and globally connected network of extraordinary leaders and organisations dedicated to solving systemic inequities. Through their 9-month Fellows programme, they equip leaders and founders with tools to address systemic problems of poverty, turbocharging their leadership capacity and their organisations’ impact. Upon completing the programme, Fellows join The Foundry – a globally connected and locally rooted community of 1,800 social innovators designed to deepen and sustain their impact over a lifetime.
We have committed to 3 years of unrestricted funding to support UKAA in their own growth and development, and to have a ripple effect across the organisations they help to catalyse.
